Welcome to the Future Point support center, the purpose of this section is to providing technical support for our clients. Here at Future Point our primary concern is to ensure that each customer is taken care of, and is completely satisfied with the service that they receive. For your convenience we have provided several ways for reaching us, please select from one of the options below.
1. Knowledgebase / FAQ: This document contains answers to the most commonly asked questions, and is a great self serving source for immediate answers.
2. Community Forum: Our community forum consists of several bulletin boards that allow you to publicly request help regarding anything from database questions to how you can promote your web site. By using the forums you allow for anyone to respond to your messages, including other clients. Please note that the bulletin boards are not intended for technical support requests or complaints.
3. Client Help Desk: This is the place to go if you require secure and immediate support by our technical support staff. When you add a new ticket to the system our support staff members will be immediately informed, and the first representative to respond will help you with any problems that you are experiencing. This is also where you should go if you require additional features added to your account such as databases, sub-domains, domain pointers, etc.
